The UniVisit CDMS integrates the following solutions:
1.- Brand Website
The UniVisit CDMS provides your chain with a new generation of Internet reservation software, as well as the ability to offer your guests additional travel services such as car rentals and activities. The CDMS also provides new solutions for travel agencies, group travel, corporate travel, conventions and events, dynamic packaging and the ability to sell to third-party distributors.
Our technology includes an excellent administration system that makes content generation and maintenance an easy task. The CDMS also has a valuable tracking and statistics program that captures the behaviors of customers up to the point of making a reservation, as well as the reservation information itself. These statistics are indispensable tools in the decision-making process.
2.- GDS and IDS Representation
The UniVisit CDMS provides your chain with a transparent connection to the GDS companies (Sabre, Wordspan, Galileo and Amadeus) via the Pegasus Switch, effectively eliminating the high costs for CRS and other reservation related fees now paid by your chain to the intermediaries. Your chain will also be connected to the major IDS companies including Expedia, Travelocity and Orbitz using Pegasus IDS.
With the UniVisit CDMS, your chain can use its own unique chain code or use UniVisit’s code, UV. For chains with 500 rooms or more, a unique chain code can provide greater visibility to travel agents.
3.- Call Center Reservations
The UniVisit CDMS incorporates an agile call center reservation system that also has a transparent connection to your centralized inventory. The centralized inventory is connected to reservations from all sources including the Brand Website, GDS reservations, and IDS reservations. Reservations for car rentals, activities and travel packages are also part of the system.
4.- Central Reservation System (CRS)
The UniVisit CDMS has a highly sophisticated Central Reservation System (CRS) that administers and controls reservations from all sources including the GDS, the IDS, the Brand Website, the Call Center and travel agencies. The CRS also has transparent connection capability for your Property Management System (PMS) that offers advanced control of availability and rates, multiple user levels, reports, statistics and more.
